Returning items

• We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.
• All items must be in new condition with original packaging and new posting label.
• Purchases may be returned by mailing the item/s back to our warehouses.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner,we suggest that you use a recorded postal/courier.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
• Allow 3 business days after we receive the returned parcel, for your refund to be processed. 
• Refunds may take 3 business days after processing to appear back in your bank account or credit card.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned due to our error and this has been agreed by a Veranga customer service representative, then any postage will be reimbursed.

In the event that your product is lost in transit, Veranga will not be held liable. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
